WAITARA.

July 17. — The Waitani presented quite busy appearance yesterday. The s.s. Gairloch and s.s. Staffa arrived from Onebunga in the morning, an hour before high water. Both steamers having a large amount of cargo, the former having 9 passengers and 21 tont>, tbe latter having 3 paßsenjrers and 52 tons general merchandise. Both steamers left by last evening's tide, the Gairloch taking a full load of live stock, and the Stadia a full load of carcase meat, tinned meats, tallow, &c.
