A serious riot occurred at Belfast between the Ribbonmen and Orangemen. Many persons wore wounded during the disturbance. During the disturbances yesterday at Belfast, two policemen and twtf rioters were killed, and twelve of the latter wounded. NAVAL REVIEW. A grand naval review, which is being organised in honor of the Colonial visitors, takes place at Portsmouth on Friday, 23rd instant. COMMERCIAL TREATY" WITH SPAIN, Madrid, July 18. The Spanish Senate have agreed to the convention with England providiug that the latter shall receive " most favored nation" treatment on all matters relating to trade and navigation, aud that the British Government shall fix the alcoholic scale for wine duties at thirty degrees. 'FRISCO MAIL. San Francisco, July 12. The Alameda, from Auckland (June 22), arrived here at 4 a.m. yesterday.
