Two cargoes from New Zealand that are off the ooast have been sold at 295. 3d. and 295. 6d. respectively. WOOL MARKET. The wool market keeps its firmness, and prices are fully maintained. The market is stronger. 297,000 bales have been catalogued; 6500 bales have been withdrawn, most of which has since been placed privately. The arrivals for the next series number over 200,000 bales. NEW SOUTH WALE& LOAN, A New South Wales loan of five and a-half millions is announced, with a minimum at £94. Tenders will be opened on the 16th instant. TASMANIA^ LOAN-. London, July 13. The tenders for the Tasmanian Government loan of a million at 4 per ceut., minimum 99, was opened to-day. The total amount offered was found to be £2,000,000. Tenders at £98 13s. 6d. will receive 38 per cent., above that price in full. CONFERENCE OF AGENTS-GENERAL. A meeting took place to-day between the Upper Canadian Commissioner and the Agents-General of all the Australian Colonies, except New South Wales. Secrecy was observed in the proceedings, but it is understood that nothing was decidod with regard to the proposed telegraph cable across the Pacific.
