Thursday, July 2.— Mr. Mackenzie, who succeeded Mr. Delatour as representative of Mount'lda, very aptly expressed tho feelings of a large number of members when ho said yesterday afternoon that the problem which occupied his mind was how to keep Government in and their measures out.
