Nominations and all entries to be addressed to the Secretary oE the Waitara Jockey Club, Waitara ; and on no account will nominations or entries be received unless the entrance moneys are enclosed therewith ; and no entries, nominations, or acceptances will be received under any pretence whatever after 8 p.m. on the dates named. No qualification fee, " Hack" means a horse that has never won a stake of more than £10, or been placed in any advertised race, Hack racers nnd Two-year-old excepted. Winner of any handicap after declaration of weights to cairy the following penalties in W.J.C. and Publicans' Handicaps :—75: — 75 soys nominal, 31bs. ; 100 soys. nominal, 51bs. ; 150 soys. nominal, 71bs. ; 250 soys. or upwards, lOlbs. ; Penalties not to be cumulative.
