TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — Allow mo space to say that notwithstanding Mr. Paul's assertions to the contrary, I repeat that what I stated at the last meeting of the Borough Council re Racecourse and certain members of the Jockey Club is substantially correct, and I trust the public will not allow themselves to be blinded by the attempt to throw dust into their eyes by Mr. Paul, the Jockey Club Secretary. — I am, &c, Wm.
