THE Company is formed for the purpose of manufacturing Gas, and supplying it to the Town of Hawora. The capital of the Company is £5000. The capital, it is estimated, will more than cover the cost of Innd, buildings, plant, and material required at the outset. To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made ensy — being 2s. 6d. per share on application, 2s. Gd. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2s. Gd., at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the Colonies, hay' l T proved successful; and tho promoters have every reaaon to anticipate that there will be a satisfactory profit in the working of this Company.
