To bring the investment withiit the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy— beiug 2s. 6d. per share on application, 2s. 6d. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2a. fid., at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the Colonies, have proved successful; and the promoters have every rea3on to anticipate that there will be a satisfactory profit in the working of this Company.
