The capital, it is estimated, will more tban cover the cost of land, buildings, plant, and material required at the ouUet. To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy — being 2s. 6d. ppr share on application, 2s. Cd. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 23. 6d., at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the Colonies, have proved 3uccessf nl ; and the promoters have every reason to anticipate that there will be a satisfactory profit in the working of this Company.
