[beuteb's telegrams.] MAIL DELIVERY/. London, June 12. The homeward mails via Naples, which left Melbourne by the Orient steamship Cuzco on the Ist May, were delivered here to-day. MARRIAGE WITH DECEASED WIFE'S SISTER REJECTED. London, June 12 (evening). In the House of Lords, this evening, a bill for legalising marriage with a deceased wife's sister was rejected by a majority of four. CHANGE IN RUSSIAN MINISTRY. St. Petersbubgh, June 10. It is announced that Count Tolstoi, Minister of Public Instruction, has been appointed Minister of the Interior, vice General Count Ignatieff, resigned, LATE DISTURBANCE AT ALEXANDRIA' Alexandria, June 12. Further particulars which ha7e transpired regarding the recent outrages in this city show definitely that it arose through a Maltese stabbing an Arab soldier of the Egyptian army, *ho was maltreating the Greek Consul. It is also now known that the loss of life is much greater than was at first supposed, and, according to the most i authentic accounts, sixty-six Europeans, were killed during the disturbance.
