The capital of the Company is £5000. The capital, it is estimated, will more than cover the cost of land, buildings, plant, and material required at the outset. To bring the investment withiH the rench of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy — being 2s. 6d. ppr share on application, 2s. 6d. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2s. 6d., at intervals of not less than three months.
