To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy— being 2s. 6d. per share on application, 2s. 6d. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 28. 6d., at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the Colonies, have proved successf nl ; and the promoters have every reason to anticipate that there will be a satisfac' tory profit in the working of this Company.
