Tuesday, October 12.— Before E. Shaw, Esq., R.M. Judgment Summons. — D. F. Grecnway v. J. Lcvinc. Claim, £5 Is. 101. The defendant was ordcreil to pay £2 per month, o<- to be imprisoned in the common gaol at Wellington for fourteen da vs. — Hancock v. McLaehlan. Claim, 17s. The defendant did not appear. Plaintiff stated that the defendant was a miller in the employ of Messrs. Iloneyfield and Head, and received 355. per week, besides earning £1 per week overtime. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount within fourteen days, or to be imprisoned fourteen days. JUDUMENTS FOR PLAINTIFFS. — Hanccck V. E. M. Smith. £2 10s. : Halse r. Knobbs. £1 17s. (51. ; Jones v. M. Hill, £1 15s. This conclu led the business.
