Lon'dqn', August 25. Tho French barquo Clmndornagor© has embarked nfc Flushing- n large party of French, Swiss, nnd Belgians, well armed, for New Guinea. The French and Belgian Govern moots refused to allow them to embark nt Havre or Antwerp. It is stated that the vessel will sail under the American flag.
