ENGLISH REVENUE ESTIMATED AT £75,085,000.

The Chancellor of tho Exchequer, Sir Stafford Northcote, brought up the budget iv tho House of Commons. The estimated revenue for the coming year is £75,G85,000 ; estimated expenditure, £75,268,000 ; leaving a surplus of £417,000. There is a proposed re-adjustment of brewers' liceuses and stamp taxes, which will reduce the surplus by £357,000. There wag au excited debate in the House of Commons yesterday, on the motion of Mr. Disraeli to reject; a petition from, some residents at Pctewell, accusing the judges who tried Arthur Orton of unfairness, aud demanding their impeachment. Petition rejected. Mr. Bright condemued the agitation tactics of Dr. Kenealy, and requested him to substantiate the charges made. A second note has been sent by Germany to Belgium, in which tho former power disclaims any desire to interfere with tho press laws of the latter. The debate on the charges made by Dr. Kenealy, and his position in connection with the petition from Petewell, has been renewed. April 18. The political uneasiuess, consequent on warlike reports, is subsiding. In the Houso of Commons Mr. Disraeli stated that the Belgium difficulty has been settled ; but if the independence or the neutrality of Belgium was threatened, the Government would know their duty, and would not fear to meet Parliament.
