ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OV TOWN OF NEW PLYMOUTH. IN pursnance of the "Regulation of j Elections Act, 1870," I, Harrt Eyre Kenny, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the Town of New Plymouth, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 28th day of July, 1871, under the public seal of the Province of Taranaki, an election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as member of the Provincial Council of Taranaki for the said electoral district, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at v,he Taranaki Institute, in the Town of New Plymouth, at noon, on : the 14th day of August, 1871, and that the poll (if necessary), will be taken on the 17th day of August, 1871.
