TARANAKI AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY.
A special general meeting of the above society was held in the Taranaki Institute on the 26th February, for the purpose of receiving the report of tho present committee, and electing a committee for the current year. There was a very full attendance of members. G. Outfield, Esq., President, was in the chair.
The Hon. Secretary (Mr. C. D. Whitcombe), commenced the pi'oceedings by reading the following report and balance sheet :—: —
