YTOTICE is hereby given that the Beach li between the Henui and Waiwakaiho Rivers is constituted a RIFLE RANGE for Rifle practice, and will be open for that purpose under such regulations as may be deemed necessary by the Officer Commanding the Militia and Volunteers. A Red Flag will, be fixed on an elevated position in the vicinity of the Target, near the Henui, on the north side, when practice is going on ; and at such times it will be unsafe to pass along the Beach from the Waiwakaiho to the Henui.
