The lands will be leased for either seven or ten years, and must be left laid down in grass at the end of the term. The other conditions required by the regulations for leasing lands of the above description, made by " Order in Council " of 12th March last, may be seen at the above named offices ; where also a plan of tho Patea Railway Reserve will shortly be open for inspection.
