SEALED TENDERS (in duplicate) will be received until noon of Saturday, the 25th instant, from persons willing to contract to supply GROCERIES AND OILMAN STORES, DAIRY PRODUCE, VEGETABLES, to the Military Hospital at this station, between the Ist July next, and 31st of March, 1869. No Tender will be noticed unless upon tho prescribed printed form, which with all further information will be furnished on application at this office. E. BETWEEN THE WAITOTARA AND WAINGONGORO RIVERS. riIENDERS from persons desirous of X LEASING portions of the above named Reserve, will be received at tho Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth, and at the Militia Office, Wanganui, up to 4 o'clock, p.m., on the 15th of May, 1868. The lands will be leased for either seven or ten years, and must be left laid down in grass at the end of the term. The other conditions required by the regulations for leasing lands of the above description, made by " Order in Council " of 12th March last, may be seen at the above named offices ; where also a plan of tho Patea Railway Reserve will shortly be open for inspection. Tenders to bo sealed and endorsed "Tender for. Lease of Patea Railway Reserve," and addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New Plymouth, or to Lieut-Colonel Gorton, Militia Office, Wanganui, as tho case may be. J.
