Wellington. — Business during tho lost month may bo characterised as quiet, with small stocks and advancing prices. One or two small failures have taken place, bat monetary affairs still continue satisfactory. Nelson. — The only material change in the markets has been an advance of £2 a ton in the prico of flour.
