In consideration of the sum of £2'> this day paid by A.By of to the Provincial Treasurer of Tarauaki in the colony of New Zealand I hereby declare that tho sanld sum with interest thereon from tbe date hereof at the rate of 10 percent. per annum is charged Upon the General Revenue of the said Provinco umior the authority of a Piovincial Ordinance intituled the " Wuiwakabio Bridge Loan Ordinan6e, 18G7."
