This Society shall be called " The New Plymouth Liceused Victuallers' Association." 2. Its object shall be tlie ujutual protection of its members, in trading p Licensed Victuallers, from laws which way bear unfairly upon them, and any other circumstance which may be hurtful to thffir interests. 3. Persons desirous of loiuing this Association must be proposed antl seconded, either at a meeting of Members or a Committee meeting, and shall be ballotted for at the nest meeting of Members. Two Auditor! shall be appointed from ypor'to year by the Members at the General Meeting in the mcjnth of June to pass the accounts. j 11. The yctrly/accounts shall be closed on the 29th day ofl June in every year. _ 12. All monies /received shall be paid in to the Bank of Nejlv Zealand to tho credit of the Trustees of the Association, who shall be J. L. Newbian, Hi Endres, and T. All town /members who arc not present at each meeting within balf-an-hour from the time for which it was called shall be fined 2s. 6d./unless they previously scud a written apology to the Secretary. 14.
