Dissolution of Partnership. "YTOTICE is hereby given .that the part1.1 nership carried on for some time past at New Plymouth and Nelson, both in New Zealand, by the undersigned, Isaac Newton Watt and James Cragg Sharland, General Merchants and Commission Agents, under the firms of " Watt & Sharland" and " Sharland and Watt," was this day dissolved by mutual consent. Mr Watt is empowered to d schnrge and settle all debts due to and by the said partnership, save those in Nelson, and Mr. Sharland is empowered to discharge and settle all debts due to and by the said partnership in Nelson.
