Per Lord Ashley— Bß lambs, 1 sow, 9 bales wool, 21 bales ditto, 1 seed diill. The Shalimar, from Liverpool, Captain J. R. Brown, which was signalled outside Tiii Tiri Matangi, on Wednesday afternoon, brought up o(T the North Head on Thursday at 5.30., p.m., alter a passage of a hundred and one dajs. The Slialnnar is a Sine loomy ship, one of the largest yet seen in these waters ; she comes into port in the most creditable state of cleanliness and good older, and her passengers who, in point of appearance, aie quite equal to any of the superior class of immigiants now arriving, speak in the wannest terms of commendation oi ship, captain, officers, and ship's company. By the official Passengei List, we find the Shalimar biings 79 laimeis, 25 laboureis, 20 spinsters, 2 caipenteis, 2 joineis, 2 masons, 2 clerks, 1 hatter, 1 millei, and 1 female seivant.
