THE ENGLISH MAILS.
The Argus of the 9th July says, a copy of the Times of the 19th of April, receixed by the Lincolnshire, has been placed in our hands. It is announced that — " Despatches have been received at the Colonial Office from the Government of New South Wales and Victoria, giving their filial assent to the Australian mail steameis calling at Nepean Bay, on the South Australian coast, and instruction will go forward from the Admiralty by the May mail to carry into effect this deviation of the present postal route."
