GOLD IN THE WAIKATO.

We understand that Mr Barry, formerly of the Kuratiui claim, Thames, and Mr Nolan, formerly of the Candlelight claim, were yesterday sent for by his Honor the Superintendent, and informed that, in accordance with a request sent down by the King, the Government had decid'd to send out a party to prospect the eouritrv, and that they had been appointed. We believe that Messrs Barry aud Nolan will leave for the King’s country to-day, thoroughly provided for the expedition.
