Miscellaneous. PIUZE FIRING. THE FIRING for the STAR presented to the Volunteers by Mr Payne will commence at 7 a.m. on the 17tli May, at Tararti. Ranges, 200, 300, 500, and GOO yards ; five shots at each range ; no sighting shot; standing at 200, kneeling (Hythe position) at 300, any position at 500 and GOO.
