SPECIAL PASSENGER TRAIN for Timaru leaves Temuka 9.36 a.m., Washdyke 9.57, and arrives Timaru Show Grounds 10.2, Timaru 10.10; and stops where required. Returning, it leaves Timaru 5.29 p.m., Timaru Show Grounds 5.38, and arrives Temuka 6.3 p.m., taking passengers for all stations up to Temuka, inclusive. Usual 7.20 a.m. Ashburton-Timaru train, after leaving Winchester, stops only to set down.

Usual 4.56 p.m. train for Ashburton leaves Timaru 5.3 p.m., Show Grounds 5.13, Winchester 5.47, Orari 6.1, Rangitata 6.13, and arrives Ashburton 7.9. It takes passengers for north of Temuka only. Special goods train (with car) leaves Temuka for Ashburton 7.30 p.m., stopping where required to put off returning exhibits, CHEAP FARES TO TIMARU.— From Rangitata, 5/4 first-class, 3/6 second-class; Orari, 4/4 and 2/10; Temuka, 2/11 and 1/11; and correspondingly reduced fares from all other stations.
