WEDDING

GAIN—COSKIE. A. wedding took place recently at St. Thomas’s- Church, 'Woodbury, .wheii Miss Frances Coskie was married to Mr Gordon Cain. The Rev. H. M. Cocks- performed l the ceremony, and Mrs C. M. Burdon was, organist. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of Mr IT. J. McIntosh, was- attired! in a dainty frock of white satin and a pretty tulle veil and orange blossom. Silver brocaded shoes wore worn, and a pretty bridal bouquet complatcd her toilette. The bridesmaids were Miss A. Bell, who wore a dainty frock of mauve georgette, and Miss Ivy Cain (sister of the bridegroom), whose frock was of powder blue marocain. .The bride’s two little step-sisters, Dulcie and Ruby Mclntosh, were flower-girls, their frocks being of pale green and pale pink marocain respectively.- All carried' bouquets of sweet peas to tone with their frocks. iMr Owen Evans Avas groomsman. After the ceremony a reception was given by Mrs Turtou at Waibi Bush. When Mr and Mrs G. Cain left by car for their wedding trip, the bride was wearing a becoming ensemble suit of crushed' strawberry crepe de chine, a smart tailored coat and a hat of black crinoline straw 7 .
