THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist Issued the following forecast for the ensuing twentynfour hours, at 9 a.m, yesterday:— The indications are for westerly winds, strong to a gale and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following and cooler shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency, but will rise soon.
