'OPENING ARRANGEMENTS. A meeting of the executive of the Temuka Library was held in. the pflice of Mr W.- F;—Evans -yesterday afternoon; there being present: Messrs G, B. Cartwright (president) W, F„ Evans, J. 8.. Sinclair, W. H. McMillan, and the secretary (Mr F. J.
