In the House of Commons a short time ago, Mr Eyres-Monsell, Civil Lord of the Admiralty, made tbe important statement that the present policy ot the Admiralty was to build shfps to burn oil fuel only, and in a short time the Fleet would consist only- ofoil-burntng ships.
