The Supremo Court action aga/inst the Union Steamship Company, for £ISOO damages, brought by the widow of Johnstone,, who was killed on the Greymouth wharf by a fall of timber some months ago, has been settled out of Court, the Company paying £6OO. CHOLERA INFANTUM should be guarded against, and prevented by treating the child at the first unusual looseness of the bowels. Mothers can not be too careful about this, especially in hot weather. They should have medicine ready for such an emergency. No better remedy is prepared than Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera, and Diarrhoea Remedy. Every household should have a bottle at hand.
