AUCKLAND, July 24. At the Supreme Court civil session in the action James Wait v. Alexander Edwin, claim £l5O for seduction of plaintiff’s daughter, the circumstances were admitted, and the Judge gave judgment for £IOO and costs on the lowest scale. Wellington, July 24. In the theatrical copyright case an injunction was granted Williamson and Musgrove against tho performance of “ The Sign of the Cross,” but uo order was made respecting “ A Royal Divorce,” in which no evidence was tendered.
