Timaru—Wednesday, July 21,1897. [Before His Honor Judge Ward.] IN BANKRUPTCY. Ro Charles Fanthorpe, of Temuka, dealer, a debtor—creditors’ petition for adjudication. Mr O. Perry appeared for tho petitioning creditor, the Canterbury Farmers’ Association, aud Mr Raymond appeared for the debtor to consent to the order. Mr Perry put tho manager ef the Association iu the witness-box to prove that the debt, £53 5s 6d, was still unpaid. —Order made accordingly. Mr Raymond applied for an order to release tho debtor from tho common gaol at Lyttelton, where he is confined under a warrant issued iu connection with the proceedings, iu order that he may attend at Timaru for examation.—Mr Perry, for the creditor and the Deputy Assignee, consented, aud the order was granted. PROB ATE. Probate of the wills of deceased parsons was granted as follows : Of Alexander Bathgate, late of Waimate, farmer (Mr Clement). Of Allan Macdonald, Woodbury, farmer (Mr Raymond). Of James Coe, plasterer, Timaru (Mr O. H. Tripp). Of Charles George Tripp, Orari Gorge, shoepfarmer (Mr Raymond). letters of administration. Letters of administration of the estates of deceased persons weregranted as follows: —Re Peter McCaskill, Temuka, fellmonger (Mr Hay). Re Henry Sinclair Thomson, Timaru, stock inspector (Mr Perry). Ro Ellen Dillon, Scarborough (Mr Perry). Re T. McKie, Fairlie, farmer (Mr C. li. Tripp).
