PORT OF TIMARU. ARRIVED. October 15—Zior, schooner, 60 tons, Cameron, from Lyttelton. Bluff, Oct. 15—Arrived : Wakatipu, s.s., from Melbourne and Hobart, at 8.15 a.m. London, Oct. 13. —The Rangitikei has sailed for Otago Heads for orders. The Orient steamer, Liguria, was badly damaged at Suez in some way at present unknown. She has arrived at Port Said, where repairs wiil be effected. Capetown, Oct. 12. —The Ruapehu left to-day for Hobart and Wellington. Sydney, Oct. 14. The Sherard Osborne has returned from inspecting the New Zealand cables. Arrived : Anglican. Oct. 15 —Arrived : Monowai, from San Francisco via Auckland; Tekapo, from Wellington. Sailed: John Williams, for Auckland. Albany, Oct. 13.—Arrived : Cuzco. Passengers for New Zealand Messrs Atkinson, Robertson, Byng, Robinson, Mitchell, Platt, wife and child, and Miss Shears.
