LARGE JEWELLERY ROBBERY.

Sydney, June 23. A mysterious jewellery robbery is reported from Stewart Dawson and Co's. A tray wHh 43 diamond rings, valued at £ISOO, was locked in a safe at night. Iu the morning Mr Kent, the manager, missed several of the rings. Two brothers named Gill were arrested iu connection with tho robbery. One of the brothers was canght pawning a missing ring set with diamonds ; others, broken up, wore discovered in his possession. Tho men arrested are brothers of the man into whose death v.:\ inqiiry is being held.
