In the Herald, N.M. & A. Co. agents : 641 bales wool, 2 bales skins, 60 tons Bundries. Sydney, Jan. 27, Arrived : Maori, from London ; VVaihora, from Auckland. HoBART, Jan. 26.—The Ruapehu arrived last night, and was to sail at 6 o'clock this morning for Wellington. She brings 19 passengers for Australia, and 14* for New Zealand.
