IN accordance with the provisions of "The Timaru Harbor Board Act, 1882," "The Harbors Act, 1878," and " The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and amending Acts thereof, I, FRANCIS ARCHER, Returning Officer for Temuka Road Board District, do hereby give notice that AN ELECTION will be held on MONDAY, the 11th day of February, 1895, for the purpose of ELECTING ONE MEMBER to represent the Ratepayers of the Terauka Road Board District on the Timaru Harbor Board.
