Stray Cattle Nuisance.— Mr Monahan, who is now carrying out the asphalting contract on the footpaths at the north end of Teuiuka, has suffered a loss of several pounds through damage done by stray cattle. He had completed a section at the north end of the town, but the work was ho c at up from end to end by stray cattle that he has bad to top-dress the whole again. The loss is considerable, considering the amount of tho contract.
