AUCTIONEERS’ REPORTS. GERALDINE. Messrs J, Mundell and Co. report , sales for the week ended February 14, 1891, as follows : At Temuka Live Stock Market on Wednesday the following entries of stock were yarded—24l7 sheep, 165 cattle, and 25 pigs. The following prices were realised during the sale: — Sheep Crossbred wethers and maiden ewes, fat, 11s 9d to 12s 3d; merino wethers, fat, 6s 9d ; crossbred ewes, fat, 10s Id to 10s 6d ; halfbred wethers and maiden ewes, stores, 9s 6d, Cattle Fat steers, £5 7s 6d, £5 12s 6cl, £5 17s 6d, to £6 2s 6d ; cows, fat, £3 10s, £4 to £4 5s ; steers and heifers, 2-year-olds, £2 to £2 10s ; yearlings, £ I to £1 5s ; calves, 7s Gd to 10s.
