HOW TO DRINK MILK.

Don't swallow mi>k fast and in such big gulps, Sip it .slowly. Take foar minutes at least to finish that glassful, and don't take more than a good tea. spoonlul.at one sip. When milk goes into your stomach it is instantly curdled. If yon drink a large quantity at one, it is curdled into one big mass on the oatside of wbjjph only ~the juices of the stomach can work. If you drink it in little sips, each little sip is curdle*! up by itself, and the whole glassful finally finds itself in a loose lump made of little lumps, through, around, and among which the stomach's juices may percolate and dissolve the whole speedily and simultaneously. Many people, who Ijk* milk and know its valuers a strengtb-giver, think they cannot use it b'caose it gives them indigestion.
