Sixteen hundred troops from Halifax, Nova Sc >tia, have baen ordered to proceed here. London, Jane 1. It is hoped (hat H.M.B. Emerald, on the ftorth Anr rican stuion, will restrain the action of the French in forbidding fishermen to fish in St. George's Buy.
