"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Geraldine County Council desires- to RAISE THE SUM OF £2500 BY WAY OF LOAN under the Provisions of the Local Bodies Loan Act 1886, for the purpose of CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS within that part of the Geraldine County known as the WAITOHI FLAT WATER-SUPPLY DISTRICT ; and that it is proposed that the First Year’s Interest on the said Loan during the Construction of the said Work shall be Paid out of the Moneys to be so Borrowed, and that the Sunroof £165 19s is proposed to be set apart in each Year towards the paying off of the Loan ; and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE OF ONE-HALFPENNY IN THE POUND on the Ratable Value of the Properly within the said Wuitohi Flat Water-Supply District shall be pledged as security for such Lean.
