ON the 25th, 26th, and 27th October the EVENING TRAIN from Titnaru to Orari will start at 5.30 p,m. and run 10 minutes later than usual, SATURDAY RETURN TICKETS will be issued as under; —To Titnaru, at Christchurch, Dunedin, and Intermediate Stations from October 22nd to 26th inclusive, and from Christchurch, Oamaru, and Intermediate Stations on October 27th. Also, to Washdyke from Christchurch, Temuka, and Intermediate Stations per express train 25tk and 27tb, for rebooking to the Titnaru Racecourse. All available for return up to and including 31st. 0c22 BY ORDER. SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING THE WOODBURY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT. AT A SPECIAL MEETING of the Geraldine County Council, held on Wednesday, October the 12th, 1887, it was unanimously agreed that the Petition of Ratepayers praying that the district defined in the Special Order (copies of such definition being open for inspection at the Offices of the Geraldine Road Bo ird, Mount Peel Road Board, Mr R. Flatman’s Store, Woodbury, and the Offices of the Geraldine County Council, Timaru), be declared & SPECIAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, in Termr of the Counties Act f. 1886, under the name of the Woodbury Water Supply District, as from the Ist day of DECEMBER, ,1887, and it will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be hold on Wednesday, November 9th, 1887.
