PURSUANT to the provisions of the " Municipal Corporations Act 1886," Clauses 242 to 244, it is hereby publicly notified that the lemuka Town Board purpose ESTABLISHING and ADOPTING PERMANENT LEVELS in the following STREETS, viz., Ewen Road, Wilmshurst Road, Dyson Street, Wood Street, Commerce Road, Milford Road, Fraser Street, Sealey Street, Pilbrow Street, Vine Street, Burkett Street from Wilmshurst Road *o Ewen Road, Allnut Street from Wilmshurst Road to Ewen Road, Main South Road, Railway Terraoe from Ewen Road to Commerce Street and the extension to Milford Road. Plaaa showing the present Street Surfaces and the Proposed Permanent Levels thereof can be seen at the Town Board Office, Temuka. ALL PERSONS affected thereby are hereby called upon to SET FORTH in WRITING any WELL GROUNDED OBJECTIONS thereto, and to Serve the same on the Clerk not later than JUNE 6th, 1887, and all objections will be heard in the Town Board Office, on THURSDAY, the 16th day of JUNE, at 6.30 p.m. o'clock.
