GERALDINE COUNTY COUNCIL. ! SPECIAL ORDER. T a Special Meeting of the Geraldine County Council, held on Wednesday, April 13th, 1887, at 31 o’clock a.m., the following Special Order was pasaed “That this Council do now strike a Special Bate, in accordance with the provisions of the ' Local Bodies’ Loan Act, 1886,' of 5-16ths (five sixteenths) of a penny in the pound (£) on all the rateable property in the Bungitata and Orari Water-Supply District, for the purpose of providi g interest upon a loan of £2500, raissd by the Geraldine County Council, under the provisions of the ‘ Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886.’” The said rate to be on annual recurring rate for each year, commencing from the Ist January and ending the 31st of December, and to be payable annually in one sum on the first day of May in each year, (for a period of twenty-six yoats), until the said Loan be paid off. The firat payment to be mads on the first day of May, 1888. This Special Order «s to take effect on the first d»y of June, 1887, and will be confirmed at a meeting of the Geraldine County Council to be held on Wednesday, 11th day of May, 1887. ’ By order. E.
