ENGLISH AND FOREIGN. London, Nov. 26. A private meeting of the creditors in the estate of Messrs Simes and Co., wool broker, was held to-day. The meeting was of a stormy nature, and the creditors who were present are reticent as to what took place. It is believed that the liabilities of the firm will amount to nearly a quarter of a million. Already there are signs of trouble in Spain. The Carlisle and the adherents of Queen Isabella are preparing to uphold their claims, while Senor Ruy Zonlla, the leader of the insurrectionist movement in Spain, August 1888, who subsequently left the country, is aow returning.'
