The Directory of the ROYAL FLOURING MILL COMPANY (Bbtjcb & Co., Limited) have resolved on an extensian of Capital to the extent of 1000 Shares, payable in Calls of £1 per sb»re every throe montha, making in all 2000 Shares isiued of £lO each.

The Machinery is unequalled in the Southern Hemisphere, and the production of Flour both in purity and qnality is unrivalled.

The Diroctors have pleasure in elating that a great demand for the Flour has nowari?en, and the cale has increased to such an extent that the Mill i» now working twenty-four hours daily to overtake the demand, 10,000 bnshds of wheat being the weekly consumption.
