Melbourne, April 15. The sugar market is firm The Hon. James Service, Premier, addressed his const! uents last night. In the course of his address he said that his programme would be unchanged. The question of the reform of thv Constitution would be the first introduced in Parliament. He was confident his measure would be. carried through during the coming Session, Mr Service intimated that a further reinstatement of “ Black Wednesday” vioiims would be made in instances where the dismissial were proved to have been unjust. Adelaide, April 15. The South A ustra’ian Parliament will meet for the despatch of business on the 21st of May. Sydney April 15. The C-ity of Sydney has arrived from Auckland A destructive fire occurred at Bathurst last night. The flames were only mastered after great exertion.
